Calculation methodology

How GrafikTo chooses shifts, counts hours and creates exports.

Core principle

GrafikTo processes schedules in the browser. It has no account system and does not upload a schedule to its own server. Local storage is used only after a user action or for light preferences.

Limits

The planner does not create an employer-approved rota, validate labour law, calculate tax or replace payroll records. Rates and supplements are entered by the user and results are mathematical estimates.

Technical data

After consent, analytics may record tool name, completion status and export type. It must not contain notes, project names, rates or the schedule itself.

Polish public holidays

The Polish holiday set is based on the current consolidated act and official public-administration calendars. It supports personal planning only; sectors permitted to work on holidays and any compensation must be checked against the official rota and employer information.
